Non-metallic hex nuts made of polyamide (PA), formed by injection molding, featuring insulation, corrosion resistance, and light weight. Thread sizes range from M3 to M20, compatible with standard bolts. With no metal plating, they prevent electrochemical corrosion, ideal for electronics, chemical pipelines, plastic structures, and other scenarios requiring insulation or metal-free contact. PA’s self-lubricating property enables easy installation and low noise, but they have low compressive strength (40-70MPa), unsuitable for high-torque or high-vibration applications. Operating temperature ≤100℃ to avoid softening; commonly white or black, with customizable flame-retardant or antistatic types. Recyclable and eco-friendly, they often replace metal nuts to reduce costs and equipment load.
